Alpine, 14805 New York, United States
I bought some shirts from Faith Wardrobe but they came from China to an address in Chicago who forwarded them to me. The Chicago address is David lc 3646 Walcott Ave. The shirts are poor quality and don't fit.On September 9th I ordered 4 shirts from a place called Faith wardrobe. They were supposed to be true to size, shipped in the US and fast easy refund. After a short time I got an email that my package had cleared Italian customs and was on the way to the US. When the package arrived early October none of the shirts fit and I ordered a size larger. I emailed support about the issue on September 30. support @24h-service. vip is their email. They requested photos of QR codes and label which was sent Oct.5. I was told according to their records everything was correct, they were sorry, could I transfer the shirts to someone else. I said no, how about a refund. At this point I contacted PayPal. They said if I returned the items I would get a full refund. I went to the post office to mail the shirts back to an address in China which would cost $77. I also learned that the address in Chicago, where the shirts were shipped to me from was associated with various scams. That address being David lc 3646 Walcott Ave. Chicago Il. The clerk also told me this company in China could and probably would refuse the package which would leave me responsible for the taxes as well as return shipping. I paid $133.33 for the shirts. Again I contacted PayPal to share this new information from the post office. They responded with return the shirts to get your money back. Other than looking at the clothes and placing the order the name Faith Wardrobe hasn't appeared. When I reached out I don't recall the name of the company that responded but when PayPal reached out a company called, Whitdr1nk Co. Ltd. responded.
