A small package was delivered to me with a purple plastic bottle inside. Was labeled but all in Chinese. Bottle half filled with unknown liquid. Did not order and not sure where came from.

Strong thunderstorms across the Capital Region knocked out power to more than 12,000 customers for a time on Monday. Albany and Schenectady counties appeared to be the hardest hit areas. Many of the outages were blamed on problems with transmission lines, according to National Grid.
