I ordered supposedly from QVC, have not received however today I received an unordered scarf from 3837 Bay Lake Trail #113 North Las Vegas NV 89030 . It had no packing slip. I’m guessing I got scammed…..buyer beware

I received a package that I did not order it's a silk cloth. End of package number in the description of it is covered up with a UPS first class package and I can't get at it to see any information on it. I know I didn't order no silk cloth now what am I supposed to do? how do I send this back?
We received a Keto supplement that we did not order, It supposedly came from a company called Trendy… we are sending it back… ship back to sender and will check our credit card if anything has been charged to our account. We did three orders for different. Products but not with Trendy and the products we ordered does not come close to Keto. We are going to challenged every products that we ordered and that was charged since we do not know which of these did this scams. I have ordered thru FB before and did not encounter any problem… now this makes me aware not to order anything from FB/

It happened to me twice...no invoice..never ordered them...how do I stop if charged on my debit card...HELP
