I get a lot of packages, and in truth, I lose track of what I've ordered, but this is something I would have remembered, I just can't fathom why I would have ordered these and what they are for. In fact, they are scaring me if anything. Can anyone tell me what they are and what they could be?

I received a package from Jane at 371 Little Falls Rd. Ste 4 cedar grove New Jersey and we never ordered it. There was no order receipt in the package either.
