I get a lot of packages, and in truth, I lose track of what I've ordered, but this is something I would have remembered, I just can't fathom why I would have ordered these and what they are for. In fact, they are scaring me if anything. Can anyone tell me what they are and what they could be?

When selling drugs on the dark web to avoid suspicion you send out lots of small packages to random people around the country so the actual packages with drugs draw less suspicion in the sea of cheap chinese trinkets.
