I received an empty package with a piece of cardboard in it from someone I never ordered from. I'm concerned about how much information this person has about me. Please do something about this person

I received a piece of mail from a Kerry Noon from 135 Raritan Center Pkwy Edison, NJ. Inside the small envelope was a precise cut piece of cardboard in a rectangle. I have no clue who this person is but I can only assume it’s a scam.
