I also received the same thing, a small gray plastic envelope with nothing but a piece of cardboard
i received an unordered package from this Kerry Noon thing and it had a pack of child hair barrettes that the packing had been tampered with and all I can get from our local USPS and Police is throw it away and you didn't order it so you don't owe for it.....
