15 sales and office persons do not wear facemask or face coverings. 3 Sales and customers get into test drive vehicles without face masks or coverings. 4 Three or more Employees are asked to ride together in vehicles to move cars, or perform other functions, when the number of employees in cars could be limited to a maximum of two persons. 5 The employer is not enforcing social distancing. 6 The employer has not provided employees information on any policy of what type of pay, or leave, they will recieve if they have to quarantine as recommended in CDC guidelines, after testing positive or after a Covid-19 positive exposure. The Families First Coronavirus Response Act is an example of pay benefits for employees if they are suspected or presumed Covid-19 positive. 7 When telework would be possible, for some administrative employees for example, these employees are not allowed to telework in order to reduce the number of employees in the workplace. 8 The employer does not notify the employees when an employee is presumed to be positive, or tests positive, for Covid-19. The employer according to CDC guidelines should identify the work areas and close contacts the presumed or positive person had with other employees, and notify those employees of the exposure.
