1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. Security officers, Supervisors, Managers and Administrators remove face coverings when inside the Security office due to a work rule. Employees are concerned that when they have voiced the non-compliance
to management, they have been mocked and ignored. Hazard location: Inside the Security office located in the basement of the business. 9/22/2021 EH
