Employees were denied a request to close the store for deep sanitation efforts and were instructed to use the shelf sanitizer on any areas the customer made contact with. 4. An employee working in the pharmacy was sent home after testing positive for COVID-19 and the store remains open to the public despite most of the pharmacy staff working in close proximity to the customer that was confirmed of having COVID-19.
