1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. Employees are instructed to remove their masks while working at their desks. 2.The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing. Employees are
unable to maintain a minimum of 6 feet of social distancing while using the break room. 3.The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitation practices.
