A line of strong to severe thunderstorms left over 37,000 Evergy customers without power at one point early Wednesday morning. Most of the outages were on the Missouri side. By 6 a.m. the number of customers without power had dropped to 14,000.

We ordered a Meeyd.com ride on mobility scooter from Meeyd. They said on 17track.com it was delivered. Even though it never had a USPS tracking number and Meeyd wouldn't supply me with anything other than an AQ chinese postal tracking number. What can I do?
