I ordered a treadmill thought price was too good to be true. Called qvc she said it was a scam.

I experienced this scam as well. They sent me a scarf instead of a treadmill. They blamed a 3rd party and said to get my true product, I would have to pay for shipping to send the wrong item back with proof it was sent before they would send me the correct item. They also stated I could just call it basically a misunderstanding, not send anything back, and get 40% of what I paid refunded. This is a copy/paste of that reply. In order to make up for your loss, please negotiate with our supplier, they promise to resend the correct item to you, but unfortunately, they request to return the item you received. In this case, could you please go to your local post office and inquire about the return fee? Our return address is: Room 2004, Building 5, Guangminggang Park, Taijiang District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, China. I opted for the 40% refund and they have not contacted me back as of yet. When I try to report it on my credit card, the credit card system throws an error message and I cannot report it by using the online system. NO MORE Facebook social media purchasing for me! Ever!
