Cranes on this site used for lifting heavy objects are broken, and or not being used properly. Workers were almost injured more than once. 4. Employees do not wash hands and bathrooms are never cleaned.

reports of lacerations, two of which required medical attention, including stitches. These injuries occurred during assembly or cleaning/handling of the product.

The choppers were sold at Walmart stores nationwide and online from August 2022 through October 2023, priced between $10 and $15. The recalled product is the Mainstays Electric Mini Chopper with model number MS14100094536S1. These choppers are rechargeable and cordless, featuring a green lid, white body, and clear plastic bowl. They come with a single blade attachment, which includes three curved blades on a white plastic spindle. The model number can be found on the label attached to the bottom of the clear plastic bowl.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled choppers, and contact Walmart to receive a full refund. Consumers can bring the chopper to their nearest Walmart store for a refund.

The recall involves Tide Pods, Gain Flings, Ace Pods, and Ariel Pods liquid laundry detergent packets packaged in flexible film bags. These products were manufactured between September 2023 and February 2024. The recall applies to bags containing 12 to 39 laundry detergent packets, with a variety of scents and types:

The products were sold At: Big Lots, CVS, Family Dollar, Home Depot, Sam’s Club, Target, Walmart, and other major stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com and other websites from September 2023 through present for between $5 (one 12 ct. bag) and $30 (four 39 ct. bags in a box). The total number of recalled units is approximately 8.2 million, with an additional 56,741 sold in Canada.

Please do not use this product if you have it at home and return it to the store where it was purchased for a full refund and a free replacement child-resistant bag to store the product.

Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia markets. Cargill discovered the issue after receiving a report of young meat birds diagnosed with rickets.

Lack of Vitamin D in meat bird diets can lead to mineral deficiencies and bone issues, including rickets in growing birds. Symptoms include lameness and rubbery bones.

The recalled product is:
- Product: Nutrena® Country Feeds® Meatbird 22% Crumble (RV), Size: 50 lb. bag, Lot Code: All lots, Product Code: 95188, Species: Meat birds (Broilers, Turkeys, Ducks, Geese and Pheasants, Manufacture dates: July 2022-March 2024, Shelf Life (Days): 120.
The lot code and manufacture date can be found on the bottom right-hand side of the label.

Consumers and other end users who have any of the affected lots in their possession should return remaining product to their local dealer or retailer for a replacement or full refund.
