Strange address with order, Walmart Connection Center, Mall Drive, Duluth, MN, USA

Order mascara from Walmart. com order took forever to get here. Order was also said to be delayed in shipping. Finally got it but was labeled from the address of a Monica at 20 Willow Street, Normal IL. and stamped confirmed counterfeit by USPS.
