1. Sharing PPE without sanitizing. 2. Gowns are hospital gowns that are short sleeved. 3. Management gathering together without wearing masks. 4. Nurse doesn't wear a mask when entering residents rooms, positive cases or not 5. Given KN95 masks instead of N95.
