1) The facility has Covid-19 positive patients. The employer has yet to conduct N95 respirator fit testing for all employees that are in direct contact with these Covid-19 positive patients. The employer stated that fit testing would be conducted by the end of October, however, it has
still not been done. 2) The supply of the N95 respirators is running low. 3) Employees have been exposed to Covid-19 without the proper mask. Several employees are now becoming ill from Covid-19.
