1. The facility hosted a tournament with 140 bowling. Over 50% did not wear a mask at anypoint. Even while being informed to, they would not. There were 200+ people in the building.

Restaurant wasn't deep cleaned before reopening, patrons are able to enter & walk around freely without wearing face mask, menus and condiments on tables not being disinfected after every customer, food being prepped without mask being warn.
