1) The employer is not enforcing their work rule appropriately in that employees exposed to COVID-19 are not being made to quarantine for 14 days. Employees are being asked to take a COVID-19 test the day of exposure and to return to work the day the test comes back negative. According to the CDC update on March 17th, 2021, "viral testing is recommended for unvaccinated individuals who are close contacts of persons with COVID-19. These individuals should be tested immediately after being identified, and if negative, tested again in 5-7 days after last exposure or immediately if symptoms develop during quarantine."Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
