Employees who have tested positive and/or a family member has tested positive for Covid-19, are being required to work. Employees exposed to a Covid-19 positive co-worker are not being quarantined. Patients are not being notified they have been exposed to a Covid-19 positive employee. Employer not mandating
masks to be worn. Employer not enforcing social distancing.
