Covid outbreak over the past few weeks. Lack of proper PPE and surgical masks for staff. Lack of clean mop heads and near empty chemical dispensers and unit supplies are inadequate. Staff, who tested positive, are allowed to return after one week with no retest required.

This business does not adhere to covid guidelines. They do not enforce mask or 6 ft social distancing. Servers bar top all night long. Constantly over capacity and not enforcing any head count at all.
