brown to the point a grudge is left on the sink. - Dirty mop heards are in cleaning closets. - Sufficient cleaning supplies are not supplied to staff such as Lysol. - No sanitization of units. - Staff who tested positive for COVID-19 are allowed back on the premises without testing negative. - No PPE for staff.

Covid outbreak over the past few weeks. Lack of proper PPE and surgical masks for staff. Lack of clean mop heads and near empty chemical dispensers and unit supplies are inadequate. Staff, who tested positive, are allowed to return after one week with no retest required.

Students are going out of state to OH and different cities in IN on home visits And not being quarantined nor tested upon returning. Everyone including the kids are at high risk for covid due to improper screening.

There has been 6 confirmed cases at the main center and employees are being forced to continue working in different units instead of social distancing. Employees have also been attending school with kids from the main center and the group home. There has been no notification of these cases as well they are keeping it from staff as if it's a secret. They also have yet to test the children even after having confirmed cases.
