Employees are testing positive for Covid-19. Employees exposed to Covid-19 are not mandated to quarantine. If an employee gets a COVID-19 test, employer mandates they must work up until getting tested and then up until getting the test results. Employer not doing anything for Covid-19.

The employees are not required to wear masks indoors and it is not possible to social distance due to space, and multiple individuals circulate throughout the indoor office each day unmasked. Masks are optional and it puts everyone at risk and goes against the mask mandate.
