company allows guest to smoke and drink on the casino floor and when they do they are not required to keep their face covered, which exposes employees even more. The company policy is that no one can walk around without a mask on but it IS NOT enforced. Guests are freely waking around without any facial coverings, employees are fed up be we are met with 'nothing is going to change' from upper management.

guest that stand closer than 6 feet. - Staff was told to 'lighten up' on holding guests accountable for wearing masks properly. - Machines, common areas and highly touched surfaces are not regularly cleaned. - Employees are at constant risk of contacting COVID and nothing is being done by management to help minimize risk. - Company consistently goes over capacity on the weekend to allow more guest to play, causing overcrowding and unsafe working conditions.

The cleaning solution is not labeled. There is a walk through temperature check which is believed to not be working properly.
