nor to clean the rooms daily. The same rag is used to clean the desk is not changed out. The teachers in the building are using baby wipes from Sam's Club to clean down desks. When the teachers have been exposed to Covid positive students the district withholds that information from the teachers. Students with Covid symptoms are being sent back to class from the nurse. Teachers are not cleaning the desks between classes. Students and teachers are not sanitizing desk, hands or surfaces. IL OSHA requests you respond to these allegations.

The Fendall 2000 Non-Sterile Eyewash Cartridge is used for flushing or irrigating the eye to reduce chances of severe injury caused by acid, alkali, or particulate contamination. Only the Fendall 2000 refill cartridges are subject to this review, no other eyewash products. The saline eyewash solution contains purified water, benzalkonium chloride, edetate disodium, sodium chloride, sodium phosphate diabasic, and sodium phosphate monobasic.
