1. Employees are exposed to COVID-19. The employer does not ensure that all employees including all managers wear a mask continuously throughout their entirework shift. The employer does not ensure that replacement personal protective equipment (gloves and masks) is always available for each employee on each shift
as needed. The employer does not provide enough hand sanitizer for all employees to use. The employer does not ensure that social distancing is practiced in between employees and store managers. The employer does not notify employees of exposure to Covid-19 when employees have tested positive for Covid-19. The facility is not cleaned and sanitized as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) after an employee has been confirmed to have COVID-19.
