PPE. Workers wearing PPE (gowns, eye protection, N95s, etc.) travel from the Covid section into the adjacent non-Covid section. 3) Negative pressure ventilation is not available to prevent Covid aerosols from migrating into areas adjacent to the Covid section. 4) Workers were required to work in the Covid section and the wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators without the opportunity to be clean shaven. Employee(s) with full beards were wearing respirators. 5) Temporary hospital staff were required to wear N95 respirators without fit testing. 6) Cleaning and sanitation procedures were not put into place for areas adjacent to the Covid section.
