1. The employer has not effectively developed or implemented an Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan. Five employees has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last two weeks. Employees that were exposed to employees that tested positive, were not informed, quarantine or send to be tested potentially exposing other employees to the virus. 2. The employer has not provided adequate sanitization in the facility, common areas and work areas after confirmed COVID-19 positive cases. Cleaning has not been done after the last two cases were confirmed.
