1. Employees are exposed to struck by hazards in that the employer does not ensure that finished goods, bins, and supplies are properly secured in the racks. Location: Inventory Control Department. 2. Employees are exposed to hazards associated with material handling equipment (MHE), aerial work platforms (AWP)
and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWP) in that the employer is not providing proper training for operators nor enforcing personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements as it relates to operating the equipment (seatbelts, fall protection). Location: Inventory Control Department as well as the Production floor. 3. Employee are potentially exposed to COVID 19 in that the employer is not adhering to CDC guidelines as it relates to SARS, COVID-19 virus in that the employer is not providing sanitizing spray/sanitizing wipes for use to clean equipment during shift change and employer is not requiring the use of face covering when operating equipment (MHE, AWP, MEWP) Location: Throughout the Production floor.
