When I asked for my money back, by email, they first offered 10%back, 20% back, then 30% back. I declined, of course, and they wanted me to ship it back to China, address Saigon Pearl Apartment, Sapphire Building 2, No. 80, Nguyen Huu Chih Road, Building 32, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Post code: 2803 The first picture, is what I ordered from the website on Facebook. Then the tracking number,then the item I received, and finally the package it was sent in. The communication was from info@tjewellries.vip
