I've now received two packages with some sort of screws that I didn't order from this unknown place. I have not ordered from this company and I need them to stop sending packages to me. Please follow-up and tell them to stop sending.

Same happened to me! I made an order on facebook at the end of november... my tracking showed my package to have arrived...but instead was this ring!
These packages are most likely because someone or yourself ordered a product online that ships from china that once the tracking shows delivered they or you most likely did not get what was ordered and the website might say they are not going to refund an item saying delivered. So its a diversion to scam unless you have means to prove it. it will show a 26 digit usps tracking. Compare to the usps tracking on the package coming from location in the usa. Once this diversion package is delivered it will show delivered for the person who ordered. Websites from other countries like columbia .co advertising on instagram and shop.com will be suspect. Instagram ads are full of scams.
You have ordered something off the internet. I ordered dual coffee and received a cheap ring. Never received the coffee pot. I called credit card company and had charges reversed.
