I received a fake ring. Silver band with fake cluster of diamonds. It came from Williams, 4220 S Lee St Buford Hall NO 4, Buford, GA. 30518. I live in Chattahoochee, FL.

Received a Kay's Jewelers box from Wiiliams in Buford GA. My husband, received a box from Kay's Jewelers in the mail he did not order. How does he return it and how does he find out who placed the order and what credit card was used? Thank you for your help

It was a silver and fake stone(cheap looking) ring encased in a small plastic bag in a box from Kay Jeweler's. I did not order it.
