Received a Kay's Jewelers box from Wiiliams in Buford GA. My husband, received a box from Kay's Jewelers in the mail he did not order. How does he return it and how does he find out who placed the order and what credit card was used? Thank you for your help

Are you ok? Did you find anything on the package or ring? Some said something black was on theirs, mine did not have
I received the same thing and there was what looked like a small round screw on it.
