I took a survey online and after I took the survey, my credit card got billed 9995 which I only had 995 to pay so this is fraud on your part

I received a package from Geathers Fottys, 3646 s Wolcott Ave, Chicago IL 60609…I did not order this product…it appears to be an insert for shoes to keep their shape but not sure…it was delivered USPS…please advise as I do not want or intend to pay…
