Buyer is inappropriately qualified for the purpose of an item purchased.

Ordered and purchased a specialty sports watch advertised to also do blood sugar determinations transcutaneously; but utilization parameters were not on advertisement and my body weight of 195 lbs precludes my use (device has a limit of 145 lbs). No instruction for return of device to Meng Zhao were provided. Credit Card has been notified.
