I received a moissanite ring I did it order. I have ordered from Temu and worried it could have been a scam related to that. I deleted all forms of payment from the Temu app and then deleted the app from my phone

I just received a moissanite ring in a plain brown box that I did not order. Also enclosed, was a GRA Warranty card to register the ring. I have no idea who sent this ring, or why. I never ordered it, and they say that I purchased it. I would also like to knowis how they got my address.
