I ordered puzzles and had a tracking number AG645305**** and never received them Tracking said they were delivered but no deliver was made. I went to post office and they never received the package.

I received 5 bottles of Keto + ACV Gummies, Headline XtremeFit
on August 12th, 2023 that had NOT ordered nor subscribed to, But I was charged $199.78 from one of our personal bank accounts. I had ordered them in July, but had made sure to not subscribe. How can I cancel this?
