The company does not follow CDC and Public Health guidelines to manage employees who have potential exposure to COVID-19. An employee has been working since Wednesday, November 25, 2020, after reporting that his/her domestic partner is COVID-19+. The employee has reported this information to the company and
they have not required that he/she quarantine and/or obtain a negative test result before returning to work. The employee works a 12 hour shift in close proximity to co-workers.
