My mom ordered this product, when she was told not to take it by her physician, they would not process a return. This is only after calling and getting a foreign call center that refused to help her. Do not buy this product. She emailed the company many times, no response was given.

I have been scammed big time! I ordered a leather coat for 154.99. free shipping. What I got was thin nylon material like a cheap Halloween costume and was charged 236.97! I have no way to contact seller and want my money back immediately. Who can help me? My bank won't. Will SBI or FBI?

I ordered lighted Christmas trees from an ad I saw on Facebook. In the ad/video, the Christmas trees were over 12 inches tall and appeared to be made of glass. I received five little plastic Christmas trees.
