On Feb 5, 2026 I received a package with two items I did not order. The items are Smooth Spine products: a box of 30 Relief Patches and an NMES Massager. I am returning these items on Monday. I'm assuming the address on the sender label is where I send it.: Jerry Yasfbara 9208 Charles Smith Ave. Rancho Cucamonga CA 91730.
