Potential concern regarding implementing Center for Disease Control (CDC), Local Health Department and Cal/OSHA Guidance on Requirements to Protect Workers from Coronavirus to prevent the spread between person-to-person and close contact (within about 6 feet) while working around suspected COVID-19 employees, enforce the use of face masks
by all employees/owner. Also to ensure facility is sanitized and employees quarantined when made aware of positive results. Title 8 CCR Sections 3203 & 3380 Provide detailed response with Covid procedures, photos of facility and information on any employees that have tested positive.
