I ordered two gold serving platters 2 months ago for our Christmas party and received two bronze cheap plastic serving platters. Not at all what the advertised platter looked like. Now I can't get in touch with anyone and I never received an email for confirmation.

I received a small package with a chrome windchime of a paw print and tiny dog bones and a small imprinted round disk .
