I made a purchase of Jeans advertised on Tik Tok. I believe this person is fraudulent because I not receive the item in the size ordered A request for exchange was denied quoting a policy not shared by the seller.This seller is dealing with a company which is a front for her. If Something is purchased in good faith the seller should make a good faith effort to address the issue. The company stated that there is a policy in place that was not shared refusing to make exchange as requested for a larger size item ( jeans x-large to a 2x size)
Thank you for the opportunity to report this unfair ( fraudulent (?) sale.
