I ordered 2 glucose fingertip monitors, but the package sent contained 2 fingertip pulse oximeters. I emailed the company (card was in the package) "support @24h-service. vip"This is their reply:
According to your email address, we have detected that you did not place an order in our online shop. Could you please check your order details again? We are afraid that you may reach out to the wrong company and the wrong person.
That begs the question, why did they include a business card to the wrong company/person?
