Ordered a scooter for handicapped received only a 4 way plug in for mobile type phone. Which I didn't order. It was to be a special spring price for the scooter the full amount was 54.00 and some change. So disappointed.

I received a package with a piece of cloth in it. I called the number after looking up the tracking, and Pitney Bowes answered and said they only ship for this facility in Tracy California. I never ordered anything and I’m just afraid other things are being charged.
