Scam package containing a piece of cloth from usps that I did not order, 188 South Mountain House Parkway, Tracy, CA, USA

I received a package with a piece of cloth in it. I called the number after looking up the tracking, and Pitney Bowes answered and said they only ship for this facility in Tracy California. I never ordered anything and I’m just afraid other things are being charged.
