Employer tested everyone in manufacturing department but not the rest of the company. They
are not paying for any COVID-19 testing for employees that are not in manufacturing but want to get tested. An employee had to pay out of pocket to get testing on their own. T8CCR 3203(a) - Employer is not sanitizing any part of the workplace after COVID-19 positive case. T8CCR 3203(a) - Temperature checks for COVID-19 screening are done at random. T8CCR 3203(a) - There is no safety training for employees. T8CCR 3220(d) - There is no emergency evacuation route posted for lab employees. T8CCR 3212(e) - Employer has not completed the installation of rails on the roof around the sky lights.
