The employer failed to provide potable water in adequate supply in all places of employment for drinking and washing and, where required by the employer of these orders, for bathing, cooking, washing of food, washing of cooking and eating utensils, washing of food preparation or processing premises, and personal service rooms. There is no water available for drinking. Only small water bottles are provided occasionally, but not regularly.
