Contact the credit card company and ask them to go over every charge listed for the last 6 weeks or so. They will file a dispute for you or possibly just refund your money. Than cancel that card and request a new one with a different number.
I did not order a ring from Tevin James! Received one in the mail. I've ordered from Amazon and shopped directly at Belk. What to do with it now???

No. It's a scam. Conta t your credit card co. And check on that Belk charge. Dispute the charge and cancel your card and ask for a new card with a different number.
