In addition, the employer failed to ensure face coverings were worn by employees at all times over both their nose and mouth and while employees use the bathroom. T8CCR 3205(c)(10) - The employer failed to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 by not ensuring that identified Positive COVID-19 cases in the Q-C Department, were excluded from the workplace, until the Return To Work requirements of subsection (c)(11) were met.
